APP told me my food spending is increasing
This app informed me that it noticed my food spending is increasing and asked if I wanted to create a budget for it. With the cost of food rising nearly everyday - why should the app care about my food spending? This bank should spend more efforts with in-person customer service. Like do they tell their tellers to smile at customers? A number of their tellers look unhappy.
Not like online version….
I am not a fan of providing negative reviews, although I do appreciate when people are honest so here it goes. Not only is the app limited to the things you can do compared to the website, you can’t use your debit card as a debit in your wallet and Apple Watch at my top 3 places I physically shop at.
Check deposit
The check deposit does not work any more. I used to be able to deposit then recently it just comes up with a fault stating the amount does not match the check. I have checked everything and the amounts are correct but still comes up with the same fault.
FHB
I love the app, it’s so convenient. I wish there were more locations so I can deposit cash in the ATM machines for First Hawaiian Bank but other than that, I love this bank and I love their services.
Deteriorating
App was better before the upgrade. Now, it takes several days before your payment reflects on your account. Zelle was better before when i used it with the zelle app itself. Please improve. Or go back to how you used to be.

Memo line doesn’t work
I had the app ever since I opened my account with FHB, and whenever I transfer money between accounts I type something on the memo line so I can reference it to something. But after making that transfer the memo line is blank… and until today many years later it still doesn’t work.. not sure who to talk to about this
