The worst app on my phone.
Hands down, the worst app on my phone. Constantly logging me out and not remembering my Face ID even though I check that box every single time I have to re-login. Consistently unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. I have had to call the bank on multiple occasions to inquire about a paycheck not showing up in my account. This is the same account I’ve used to get paid for the past 10 years. They’ve never explained what was going on, it just all the sudden showed up after I called.

This app doesn’t work for your mobile banking. Use the one titled First Hawaiian Bank Mobile. I don’t know why this app exist if it doesn’t work.
This is shocking...
Just made an account, can thankfully log in online perfecting. This app says it’s not authorized to log in please re-enter log in information... 😶

Terrible. Will not work
I have been trying to use the new app for over a month. Have spoken with customer service many times. They do not know how to fix it. It is not good business policy to switch customers to an app that doesn't work and can't be fixed. I want to deposit money on the mobile app. No can! Nobody can help either. Maybe time for a new bank. That is the only alternative when your bank won't take your money.
Still a poor app
Too many security questions and STILL no loan info except for the current month. AND like others I can't log into mobile app after answering endless questions online on the web page. If I have to wait 24 hours, they should have told me. Will try tomorrow I guess.
