App must be interactive
Customers must be able to do more than just sending money, we must be able to review our information and make changes when needed. I need to send message to an RM before edits can be done on my account when I am not available. Your Whatsapp chat is also another problem, why keep customers glued to the only contact they have on their account, the only contact that whatsapp can be connected to. What if that line has been hacked and needs assistance, I am to confirm a link or whatsoever that is sent to that number. Anytime I try to deposit money from mobile money, I am restricted from using my MTN number because they say that's what I registered my account with but you have a drop-down Manu one can choose for other networks but I can't edit the phone number to that other network, so what's the use of give option to choose from other network providers but can't change the number to my preferred network?
This App is horrible
Not user friendly, always have to contact customer care if I have to reset my password. I hate this the worst banking app I have ever used. Big ups ADB your app is one of a kind.
Poor app service
For those of us not close to any of the branches, we rely heavily on the app for services. Unfortunately, the app is really not trustworthy in performing such services. The constant crashes need to be looked at.
Can’t access the app
I can’t use the app and anytime I try to login it say error and at the same time when login and when get to the pro code to be generated,it never comes through and I’m even fed up with the bank and the app

If you’re not ready to give your customers the best experience with mobile apps don’t even build the app, because your bank and all their services are really poor…Such a stupid app with incompetent employees
Worst bank I have ever banked with
This new update is worst of all. Anytime you open the app, it shutdown immediately. I am done banking with fidelity bank.
Fix OTP
This app is not consistent and always find trouble getting my OTP. It's bad and I hope something is done to stop the app from misbehaving.
