Hi, I’m wondering why you have removed the Visa Direct feature in Côte d’Ivoire. We use it to transfer money from a Visa card to another to facilitate many things.
APP NOT WORKING. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR. LIVE CHAT MATED
I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES LOGIN IN TO MY BANKING APP FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK NOW. THEY SAYING I ENTERED PASSWORD MANY TIMES MEANWHILE I DONY EVEN REMEMBER DOING SO CUZ MY PASSWORD EASY. BUT THEN THEY SAYING ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVE BECAUSE I TRIED PASSWORD MORE THAN THE MAX NUMBER OF TIME. SO YEAH WHEN I TRY TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT USING MY CARD. THY WILL SAY MY NUMBER NOT LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I TRY WITH USER NAME THEY SAY INVALID CREDENTIALS. 5 days straight EVERY DAY CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL TELL ME WAIT 24 hourz. COMPLAIN SUBMITED AT THE END OF THE DAY NOTHING. 5 days? Is that okay for an INSTITUTION HOLDING PEOPLES MONEY. I DO BUSINESS BUT NOW I AM STOCKECD DUE TO THIS. ECOBANK DO BETTER PLEASE. WITH MY 3 YEARs outside Cameroon ain’t never see a customer service as poor as Ecobank. Resolve my issue guys this is soooo lame

Reliability points, 0. The apps primary purpose of providing convenience rather inconveniences the user. There is art in simplicity but this app is useless sorry to the developers.
Having problem with my app
I have been been going to the bank for the past 10 days to resolve My Ecobank app still is not been done. I have gone there several times. I did not know what to do now I’m going back to the bank again to confirm what is going on and I have to leave the country in less than three days. I’ve been going to the bank for 10 days and still is not been done. You guys need to have an IT specialist in your bank not customer service doing the job of an IT I don’t see where people cannot provide an IT specialist in the bank down for letting customer care service consumer to be doing an IT store for consumers of the app is from the bank where you have a problem they can fix I don’t know what is going on in this country Nigeria), that everybody is a boss on his own. You can’t treat people the way they areright now I’m tired of you peoples up is Guy) time to delete it off my phone
