Unannounced changes and lengthy sell requests
The draw to using this over other day trading apps was the alleged algorithm, and the free ticket draws. They got rid of the drawings, and my investments on this app were considerably worse than other similar apps based on buying too late and selling too late. I would say maybe this is geared for a multi-year investment. I left mine untouched for about 13 months and lost 57% of my investment. The market average was up 7%. When I tried to manually sell and take control, it took 2 weeks to make the trade, at which point it was nearly worthless. They also invested heavily into a few companies that went bankrupt. I would steer clear of this.

It’s been exactly 2 years to this date when I made a $250 investment. My portfolio is down 17%. This was just a test and it has failed miserably.

As title states, requesting a sale or change takes about 5 business days, so do not plan to day trade here. I left money alone for a year when I learned this and lost 24%, contrary to market trends. Withdrawing money takes about a week as well, but deposits are extremely fast. I have withdrawn my funds down almost 30% after 3 years and would recommend you steer clear of this one.

Put order in to liquidate account on November 1, 2023. It’s now November 9th and all I’ve got so far is this. “This morning I noticed your withdrawal request was stuck. I contacted my manager about it and he already reached out to the custodian of your account. We are now waiting for them to check what may have caused the bug and fix it. I will contact you as soon as we hear anything from them. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience.” Bug??? I’m a software developer. I’m not going to tolerate this kind of “bug” in a financial application.

I put in a small amount $100 to test out the platform. It’s been in for over a year now, and total gains have been about $4. I understand that’s not horrible, but it’s not good either. It has spiked up to over $120, but I suppose I was expecting a LOT more because of AI taking the emotion out of buying and selling. It seems like it should be WAY more predictive of the trends and get out early when the drops are happening. This is not even as good as I could get with money in the bank right now.

Majority of the time its been in the negative. Seems that trades are made when its in the negative, then after new acquisitions are acquired they just go down as well then sold… definitely not impressed. I’m going to take my 14% loss and pull out and try to get it back on my own.

They say regular installments is the way to increase your portfolio, well duh. I want it to increase due to the market, which it hasnt really done. Ive had money in their since March 22’. Here it is July 23’ and its down. That all its done is go up then down up then down. The invesmente are being sold higher and bought lower to make a difference… I mean at least savings account I’d have 4% or so that would not be disappearing…. Also the backtesting of their algo can be deceiving, you need to go off of where it is when you start. I understand long term investments but even then you would expect some consistent gain in the minimalistic amount.
