Every two out of three times when I turn my phone from narrow view to wide view, the app freezes. Then I have to close the app, reopen and do it all over again.

United States4/16/2024 Update. Being fair the last update has fixed some problems, but not all. Read below.
This problem is still not fixed. When you try to read news and want Siri to read it to you, it does not work on an Apple Iphone or iPad. I am exclusively an apple user so l don't know how this possibly reacts on other platforms. I'm using the Apple app on both my Iphone and my IPad. This is extremely important to people who have limited vision and Forex.com has had over one year to fix this. For some reason they do not address this problem. This always worked on previous app but that app was discontinued over a year ago. So I say Forex.com fix this you have had plenty of time.

Items #1 & 2, we’re fixed in an update this morning on Apple. That leaves item number 3 that Apple has been aware of for over one year. I will repost this complaint from 4/9/2024 below. When you pull up a currency from your watchlist, the highs and lows no longer indicate highs and lows. They say zero. Percentages on the left-hand side are now only rated as zero %. When you try to read news and want Siri to read it to you, it does not work on an Apple phone or iPad. I am exclusively an apple user so l don't know how this possibly reacts on other platforms. I'm using the Apple app on both my phone and my Pad. This is extremely important to people who have limited vision and Forex.com has had over one year to fix this problem. #4 Lastly, when special news event, that affects currency movement comes out, this app will lock up or be extremely laggy to a point where you will miss the opportunity to trade the big moves. Trying to be fair Forex.com has fixed item number one and two in a timely manner. Unfortunately item number three, which is extremely important to people with limited vision has not been fixed in over a year. So thank you Forex.com for fixing items one and two please get your team to fix items number three and four especially number 3.

In the last few weeks, there have been a couple of upgrades. They should be called downgrades.
