Crashing
After reregistering wit a CMB employee it all worked. After a few days the widget stopped working. Every time I try to set it up again the app crashes. The app also keeps crashing trying to do a transfer. Shame that CMB not seems able to build a stable secure app.
Missing information in joint accounts
I have a joint account wit my spouse. We each have our login. When my spouse creates a transfer template, these are not visible for me. Active transfers created by my spouse do not show on my app; this may lead to overdrafts!
Very poorly made
Constantly having to call their customer service and jump through hoops and hurdles to use the app properly
Can’t pay my Numberplate bill
Every time I try to pay the bill, even though I do it very quickly, the app says I’ve been logged out because of 15 minutes of inactivity and that there was an error, please try again. It’s very irritating because the due date is soon and the app is preventing me from paying it on time
Login expired out of no where
Login will just close. When trying to transfer app will log you out.

Worst update ever you guys need to work on your app seriously went to check on my account and it just closed me out. & to make it worst I can’t go back in…..come on guys you need to do better & fix it
Thank you for using our Mobile Banking app! In this update we added support for Sentoo payments. You now can make a Sentoo payment anywhere where Sentoo is available as a payment method. Look for the Sentoo checkout button, Sentoo QR code or Sentoo payment link.
