Horrible app
It is not easy to use, it is not easy to find where is and how to do something in the app. The interface and user experience are horrible. I can’t find a receipt after transaction. The app also does not allow log in using Touch ID. Make sure you are change something, be effective and take care of your customers. I am very disappointed MCB. Recently I have been experiencing crashes and some transaction. MCB should pay attention to services. This must reflect how you care about your customers.

The instruction is poor. You have to figure it out yourself. Even after mailing for a request to help they fail! Service is very very poor
e-Code
Please make it so one can copy the e-code from the app. As it is now I can’t copy the code from the app and paste it on the website. I have to re-type the code, and that won’t be necessary if the code on the iOS app is made copyable

Thank you for using our Mobile Banking app! In this update we added support for Sentoo payments. You now can make a Sentoo payment anywhere where Sentoo is available as a payment method. Look for the Sentoo checkout button, Sentoo QR code or Sentoo payment link.
