Change of address
Instructions were good but very difficult to follow I wrote my full address and it was rejected Instructions for writing phone numbers do not work either Uploading documents also had too many restrictions Finally I was able to upload my drivers license fully but now I am told that house number and street name is missing Very frustrating!!

I have two accounts with citi NRI and NRO. Two different logins but only one is allowed to be registered with my mobile. This is really hampering my ability to manage accounts

Citi NRO account holder here. Impossible to figure out easily where to go to unlock account for online user. Even after that total shambolic UX getting text messages before prompts time out!

I am currently in USA just cannot use any card because otp is never received in time. No other bank has this problem. First time i have faced this problem in twenty years. Axis bank chosen by citi bank is definitely not the best choice

When I open app it asks to check terms and conditions when you go to that page there is no way to come out Also when you try to logon it keeps on saying download app Admin needs to review and fix it

As per regulatory requirement, you will not be able to record screen and share screen on third party app like Zoom, MS team, Google Meet etc while logged in Citi App.
