This app includes basic online banking features, but it’s missing the more complex build out of a bigger bank app, like cancel and replace a debit card. The messaging is responsive with a real person though, so it’s often best to just ask for help.

The bank application was working perfectly, and I do not understand the reason for creating this new bad application. Since the transfer was made to this application, every day there is a different problem.

Last month I couldn’t pay my bills until I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent getting registered for the new bill pay site. One month later and I doesn’t recognize my log in credentials. Tried to change my password and it changed the password for the other site instead. And I can’t pay my bills. Again. Of course the have ridiculous contact hours. I’m done with this bank. I’ll take my business to a bank that cares about its customers.
