GETTING STARTED To use the Tompkins Community Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Tompkins Community Bank Digital Banking user. If you currently are a Digital Banking user, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
Of no use
The new version leaves out older phone owners. I have to get a new iPhone with newer updates to be able to once again use this app. Totally useless to me now and has me rethinking my banking choices.

Asking for update when not needed
It keeps asking for me to update it but it’s not allowing me to update so it’s completely useless. It won’t allow me to do anything.

I’m really bummed! I have been using on like banking for years and Now I’m closed out of my accounts because my iPad is older. I can’t believe you didn’t realize that seniors may not have updated equipment. Shame on you!
Do not like
The site is difficulty to use. The Authy two factor app should be shot and tossed into the lake. There must be a better way to arrange for 2 factor authentication than Authy. How about a fingerprint or letting the customer identify an icon or keyword from multiple choices to authenticate their login? On the plus side, TCT’s CSR are always responsive to answering my questions on how to use the bank’s disappointing app.
