This app has always sucked, as someone who join with BankMobile in 2015 & ended up with this instead, but now I can’t even access the app. Keep getting a message that “access not allowed on jailbroken/rooted devices” which I am certainly not, since I just updated to iOS 14.2. This company needs to get it together.

I have to constantly renter my information and frequently it will just log me right back out so I can not access my information. Since the last update it keeps reviewing the changes EVERY time I am actually allowed to log in. I am so fed up with the app I am ready to change banks as I do 99% of my banking from the app. Having an unreliable app does not work for me. The actual bank website is not much better as it will not let me in ever.

Have been a Bank Mobile user for many years. In a virtual bank, the app is key to the experience. Since the switch to Customers Bank the experience has been poor. System consistently requires “authentication” where Touch ID does not work and I have to enter a password. Often times I enter the correct password and get “time out” after a few seconds. It shouldn’t be this hard.

App was always crippled vis a vis website. Now Touch ID won't work on the app. So my advice is ditch the app and use the webpage on your phone.
