Trying hard to avoid new customers
Rejected my application because of a recent change of address. This seems like a questionable choice. People often require a new bank account after a move. Customer service was not helpful and just asked me to “try again, it may work. But if it is rejected twice, we cannot offer any service to you”.
Good experience
I was looking for a high interest checking account during the pandemic and I found Quontic Bank. I’ve had a good online experience and the new app has all the modern features you need. There’s a snapshot feature where you don’t have to log in to see your balance and current credit score. You get a full Vantage report along with your accounts. Very smooth and easy to navigate.
