Not a Great App
It’s nice to have an app for your own bank BUT this was horrible. After signing in once, this app must have changed the receiving of my verification code from my own email to phone . I never received my verification codes in order to login to my account for almost a month. In order to uninstall or delete the app, you have to go into your storage capacity to do so, it doesn’t allow you to uninstall or delete it from any other way….at least from iPhones. This went on for almost a month without login to my account, it sucked.
Can I give zero stars?
I hate this ap. Aside from the fact that it never seems to work, when it does, the interface is not user friendly. It’s very clunky and not intuitive at all.
Unable to login
The app doesn’t allow me to log in. The same username and password that I use to access online banking via my laptop that works, doesn’t work with the app. I keep getting invalid username/password when the information is correct.
