Sent Online Payment Twice
Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.

APP ASKED YOU FOR YOUR BDO USER NAME AND PASSWORD 🔑 then SAYS “ACCOUNT temporarily locked . For security reasons we temporarily locked your account. RESET YOUR PASSWORD to unlock 🔓 it” I tried to contact the app developers on the apple link for BDO and could not reach a human by phone and there is no email 😳

I cant say enough to this useless app. Its like a curse that you do not want to use. You can even login. It says use your login account frm your bdo online bankong but it would say “Your Account is Disabled”. A cursed application! Dont waste your time on this another junk BDO app.

This app is useless right after it was launched. I have a registered account and number connected to the old app, but after logging in to this new app it will ask me to add a valid account. Update this app!!!
