Error in logging in
I got this new app and at first i was able to logged in and when i click the account button there’s an error in the system. I tried several times because i need to transfer money online ASAP. It doesn’t make sense why it keeps making me back to logging in. What should i do with this app? 😩😫😩😫
App Closed on Cardless Withdrawal
When clicking Cardless Withdrawal, the app automatically closes.
Won’t send OTP
App itself and now the website as well won’t send OTP, almost two weeks now. How come there’s no report in your system being affected with this issue? I’ve file two report already about it. And upto now I am not still receiving any OTP.
Won't send OTP
I had to send a large amount of money to my cousin but I wanted to try sending a small amount first just to make sure everything‘s in order. The transfer went very smoothly. The next day I tried to send the full amount, however, the app won’t send the OTP password to my phone. I tried several times and never had success. I emailed customer service who told me that there was nothing wrong on their end, I am in the US and a lot of apps here use OTP, and not a single one ever had issues. Metrobank needs to step up their game and make sure their app features work before implementing it. Such a huge inconvenience. I’m seriously considering changing banks.
Not receiving OTP
I was able to successfully update my registered mobile number to my international number and everything is going okay until one day, I didn’t receive the OTP. I’ve been trying every day but the problem persists and I’m not sure why it stopped sending the OTP to my new number. It’s also not being sent to my old number so I’m not sure where it’s going. It’s frustrating that I can’t send money to my family. I tried calling the customer support but it’s also asking for an OTP before I can talk to someone. That doesn’t make sense because that is my problem that I am trying to resolve. Now, I don’t know what to do anymore.
Always failed giving OTP?
Why it so hard for your apps ang bank browser to login in metrobank online account??? Why it must be hard for us to see our savings ? Do something its a long time problem in your apps and browser then if tried multiple times then we get temporary block and need to go back tomorrow for another try ! LOL ITS REALLY HAPPENING TO ME NOW .. i can't even receive OTP from my registered number it was okay but yesterday and today is the most terrible happenings to me right now i cant even access my bank when im badly needed !
Horrible App
The app is always bugging and lagging, very unprofessional for a bank of this scale to have such a horrible app.
