Did not fight for a refund
Recently FRONTIER Airline forced me to pay $25 to print out my boarding pass(even though their website wasn’t working for hours) and to pay $99 for my carry-on at the gate when I get a free carry-on as a gold member. The rude manager as the gate told me I had to pay and dispute it later. FRONTIER said they don’t give money back on carry-ons after it is paid. I tried to dispute it, but they said since I gave them the credit card that it is considered services rendered. So that means FRONTIER can charge you anything at the gate force you to pay it or you can’t get on the plane with your luggage and the bank won’t do anything to defend you. I was very very disappointed in the service I got regarding this incident.
