Was approved for a credit card with a 0% balance transfer intro for 8 months. Received card, downloaded the credit card app and had no problems setting it up and using it for about 3 months now making payments and checking my account. Now I’m told I have to change the app for an updated one. It’s a banking app and I don’t have any other accounts with them. I’m not able to set up a profile with this app. Just keeps disconnecting and asking for my information again. Can’t get into it now. Why do I have to change to a banking app if I’m not banking there. The card app worked fine for me as a credit card only customer. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Or at least allow customers who only have a credit card to use the app for that again. Happy with card. DISAPPOINTED with changing apps.

This institution needs to get it together. What kind of credit card app doesn’t disclose the closing date on the app? I waited and waited only to have a balance accrue because I didn’t know when the closing date was. I’m tempted to not use my credit card now. At least the other cards I use give the closing date.
