Useless
I can't open a bank account. The button to use the Chave Movel Digital doesn't work. I contacted the bank but they send a prewritten response and when I replied, it gets blocked. Awful customer service.
Ads Notifications - Notificações de Publicidade
Multiple ad notifications per week. Including for questionnaires, promotions and much more. There is no way to disable these ads. The only option is to turn off all notifications in iOS settings. This means you will not receive notifications for withdrawals or deposits. Várias notificações de anúncios por semana. Inclusive para questionários, promoções e muito mais. Não há como desativar esses anúncios. A única opção é desligar todas as notificações nas configurações do iOS. Isso significa que você não receberá notificações de saques ou depósitos.
Do you do any QA?
If you want to pay for services, the numpad opens instead of the keyboard. How am I suppose to type in the company name? Are you doing any QA? What a amateur developer team is working on that? Lots to improve!
Hidden balance makes app unusable
Not long ago, they added a hidden balance feature that makes every process with the app take 2 to 3 more clicks. They need to make it optional in the settings and I’m actually thinking about switching banks to another that has a function that’s more convenient. The main thing I want to see when I open my app is what my balance is and the fact that I have to go between my accounts and click see Balance again, and again is really really stupid.
No pending or wallet transactions
I have an iphone app and after the recent app updates I can’t see pending transactions (e.g. transfers) or apple wallet transactions. Wallet transactions appear after several days. Nightmare

App fails to open
Ever since the last update, I have not been able to access my app to make payments on my bills. Very concerning. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading, but nothing works.
Is there anything more annoying than a button in the App not working? Or an image slightly off-center? As advocates for simplification, we couldn't just stand by! Here's another update to fix some of the less-than-pleasant surprises in our App.
