This app is just a joke... Dedicated only to T mobile subscrivers of their services... Just like Fios does with Verizon.... Nothing inovatibe or new... If you don't have any business relation with t-mobile you will find it impossible to use... at the start of app they make sure of that giving a life time discount IF you have tmobile.....Not an equal oportunity company or app...

The price seemed right and the channels were decent....but....the streaming LAGS constantly. I have gigabyte speed and all other devices perform fine so it is clearly the TVision service. Went back to Hulu. I’ll pay the extra money and not have to deal with paused TV constantly.
Terrible
Dvr does not record my shows. The ch’s I have and pay for I don’t have access to on demand in app. I try and download the ch app itself like mtv and it always gives me an error abs can’t log me in. I’ve tried on multiple devices Apple and Android. No casting available! The app isn’t available on smart tv’s just a waste of money. Maybe in a few years they work out the kinks but have for less than a month and I’m gonna cancel
Not bad but needs QoL updates to be great
Would love to see the app use the Picture in Picture feature available on IOS, would be great for when I want/need to multitask especially since the app is not compatible with Roku! (This limits me to using it on my mobile device/laptop because NO WAY am I paying more $ for ANOTHER tv streaming stick) I would also think being able to search for a different channel on the guide while still being able to watch or at least listen to a show would take this service/app to the next level.
Fail
I really want to live this, bundle and save. Left AT&T and had high hopes. Flaws: -No casting, can’t share screen from phone to TV. -Cannot log into NBC, Syfy, of FX app for days now using T-Mobile credentials. It was working, but now it’s not. No one knows how to fix. -T-Mobile customer service seems to have no idea how to fix or address these flaws -TVision tech support is non-existent after many calls -Picture quality within the app, even on 5G or WiFi is lower quality. -I cannot get my 3 streams to work simultaneously. Says I’m out of area or only lets me use one tv at a time. Guess I’ll be looking for alternatives. So sad.
Man oh man, it pains me to write this
I was really excited when I found out about TVision. I signed up immediately because the cost and channel offering is much better than what I pay for Hulu live plus Philo to get the combination of channels I want. However - at least once a day, the show I’m watching just stops and a message saying that some sort of technical issue is happening. It’s happened on shows I’ve DVRd as well. When it’s a live show, I’ll switch to Hulu to compare (because I still have my sub while I evaluate TVision) and it’s working fine on Hulu. This is irritating and has resulted in me missing key parts of shows that I’ve DVRd. On Fridays, we have friends over to watch RuPaul and there’s always some sort of problem with the recording having this black screen with the “technical issue”. I am positive that T-Mobile would tell me that if I used their streaming device, it would work fine. Well that’s not what I want - I want it to work on my Apple TV. I have three Apple TV’s BTW - 2 4ks and one HD and this issue exists on them all, as well as the iOS app. It’s happened on my local news station as well as MTV, VH1, CNBC, and a few others. Sadly, I’m going to be canceling the service. I’ll probably re-evaluate it again in 6months to a year but as it stands; it’s useless to me right now.
Does what I need
The app works just as stated. I want to be able to stream my shows and this app gives great picture and sound without the price. I appreciate T-Mobile taking on cable providers and giving us consumers options. I have no complaints with it.
