Love shows but too many commercials/breaks
I love pretty much every show on Ovation. Unfortunately, every 5 minutes or so there is a commercial or break when viewing shows in app. When watching programs on Ovation channel you have quite a few annoying commercial breaks as well but the app has way more. It’s frustrating and frankly just very annoying. I understand revenue from commercials but please consider having less interruptions during a show.

Sometimes 6 to 18 ads play, but the desired show does not. Restart, reload, another 6-18 ads, no content. I have emailed a help request to Ovation for three weeks with no response. If this is a zombie app please let us know.

I thought it would be great to be able to watch Ovation live on the app. However, just like on your website, the closed captions only work every once in a great while…and not for long (plus, there does not appear to be any other way to communicate this to you). Why can’t you folks fix your tech?

Enjoyed Ovation on cable tv and missed it when I cut the cord. Downloaded the app hoping to watch some of my favorite shows not available on YouTube TV. Unfortunately streaming from the app is horrible. Ads just cut in at the oddest moments and go on forever. Not worth downloading.

This has a good selection of shows. Unfortunately it freezes every time I try to use it on iPhone and iPad. Once it’s bugs are fixed I will try it again.
