Horrible App
This app worked just fine for the first few tries then even with opting in for geolocation it says I’m not in the state of KY.

The issue that seems to be prevalent that no one can answer is every time you go to place a bet it says that you were outside of the state borders. And since you’re outside of the state borders you can’t play any of the lottery games. I’ve had numerous calls with helpdesk techs no one I repeat no one can answer the issue. I mean seriously what’s the purpose of having a mobile app if you can never use it???

I’m always trying kicked out of games. Sometimes they wont even open at all. Since the new update i cant play any of the instant games at all.

i don’t know how they get away with it, the app constantly crashes and will only load half the time. it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, how do you have equal chances as everyone else to play when the app itself doesn’t function on a basic level
