Several issues - Scanning is the worst
It usually takes several tries to scan tickets, either to check for winners or entries to My Lottery. The problem is it uses the distance camera instead of zoom. You have to hold it so far away for the focus that too many things are in the frame to lock in on the scan. Some tickets won’t scan at all because of the game graphics used on the front of the ticket. Secondly, when scanning for points, draw games should be the default. This is because the bar code is standard instead of 3d, and must be scanned every time. The scratcher tickets are 3d and can be pre-filled when transferring them to the point entry system from the winner check screen. Third, it is almost impossible to find prize coupons from the account and there’s no barcode to scan on self-service machines. I actually have to print the coupons from home to get the barcode. Finally , the spinning wheel for points is awful and if you skip it, you can’t see the prize that you won because it goes back to the ticket scanner screen. It would be a wonderful app if it worked properly and smartly with a user base in mind.

Fix the ticket entry process. When I am logged in I should only need to scan a ticket once to check for winners and enter the ticket for points. The scanner works fine to check the tickets but it takes too long to rescan to enter for points.

I feel strongly app developer was under strong pressure to make this as difficult as possible to limit use for gambling reasons. No reason whatsoever to have to choose type of ticket. No reason to scan twice. No reason to have to hit enter after scanning. And the delay between any interaction is awful. The lottery makes billions and you can’t spend the money on a proper app!

Once upon a time... long long ago.. the scanner on this app worked. Now it's pointless. Literally just taking up storage space on my phone. With the money I lose to the Missouri lottery, surely y'all can afford to invest into improving your terrible app.

There is literally nothing redeemable about this app. Including lottery tickets which it can’t scan. The navigation and layout are laughable. Two thumbs down (only because I don’t have more thumbs).
