Idaho lottery fails its players
This app won’t even launch now. So frustrating 😡. Please bring back the Check A Ticket bar code scanner!!! Having to go to the website and poke in each number every time is ridiculous!

Terrible app that usually is just a white screen. At least relaunch the old ticket checker app that had the Woohoo! if you had a winning ticket.

The Idaho Lottery app has left its users yearning for a complete platform makeover since its inception. When compared to other State lottery apps, ours is so far behind the curve of technological capability it is embarrassing. Either the developers in house need a budget increase, or the Commission needs to coordinate with a 3rd party developer.

I don’t understand how a state organization can’t get this in working order after enough time. I’ve quite buying tickets for the last two months because of it. Please do better.

I was sad when you decided to get rid of the check ticket app since this app is horrible for that purpose. The check ticket app allowed you to save your tickets and just click on them again to update what you won. This app just puts them in history which you cannot clean up or re-check the ticket.

went to buy some tickets cause this app said 93% has been bought and all prizes are 30$ and up for the blackout bingo and sure enough went and spent 45$ and won 10$ and 5 $ i will not be using this app put all my points into the goodie bag will see how that goes
