Hardly Ever Opens
Whenever I go to open the app to enter the lottery, I’m perpetually stuck on the opening screen and never get through to the app itself. No app update in over a year to fix this bug…

Only about half the time can I launch the app to enter the lottery. Clicking on app support just takes me to the Hamilton website which doesn’t help.

I use the stars I had one from the quiz and also had purchased. To get a personalized video from one of the Hamilton cast back in December. Still haven’t got the video. Reached out to customer service several times. Heard back once weeks ago. Still nothing!

1/31/24 - I downloaded the app and created an account. The sign-in page would not process my credentials. There was no error saying “incorrect password”. The page simply made me log in repeatedly without actually recording my profile in the app. Deleted. Terrible experience.

Every time I try to use the app it asks for login over and over. Login is valid but app keeps asking to login again.
