Issues
As long as I have been using this app you would think that certain problems would eventually be fixed, well not so much. I still loose access to this app every so often. Can’t log in at all.

When using with airplay total worthless
No communication
Mostly does not recognize the DVR Same Wi-Fi just doesn’t see it.
Recordings won’t load
Frontier advertises this app in its promotions, but it doesn’t work. My recordings have not loaded for several months. I reported this issue to frontier technical support and was told they no longer support the app and that they’d offer a discount to switch to YouTube for streaming services. Because the Frontier app doesn’t work/isn’t supported, I have to pay/use individual streaming apps to watch my programs on demand.

Useless app, so slow, can’t do anything with it!
Unreliable
This app has become more unreliable over time. The ability to watch DVR recorded material from my IPad no longer functions. Also, the app is barely usable when I’m away from my home. Only a few channels are available when you’re watching away from home, what’s the point?
