This app is a shining example of how Ford needs to stick to making autos and leave the tech up to an outside source. It’s WAYYY more complicated than what it should be. Just to steam music for my phone to the car audio takes about 20 steps. The steps are the opposite of intuitive and the instruction manual isn’t organized.

I don’t waste your time by downloading this app. It does not work. I am connected to my 2023 Ford Wi-Fi and I keep getting an error message telling me I need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi, which I am. So if you want to waste a lot of time going down the rabbit hole, this app is for you.

Never works. Gives me the same error messages everyone else. Saying I’m not on the same that work and I am. It’s just a waste of time and I can’t tell you how many times I have attempted to use this and have been utterly disappointed. They need to pull this app from the App Store or make a version that actually works. I mean how many negative reviews can there possibly be before the developers realize that this app is a piece of junk. I hate that I even had to give it one star. Useless.
