App doesn’t work
When I try to sign in it either gives me an error or that my login is incorrect but if I use the same login to sign into my fios account on the website it works fine. App is completely broke and the developers seem to have abandoned the app.

While the Internet states the FIOS mobile APP can be used anywhere, the truth is simple the opposite! Verizon’s TV will not work on your computer either! After 4 hours on the telephone with their technical support and hearing I am sorry too many times to count, the only thing accomplished was being forced to change my password because the genius at Verizon could not confirm my ID. If you need a mobile APP that works, go to Spectrum! Now I need to reset my password on all of my APPs that actually work.

Miss the spectrum app. Fios one always logs me out or is slow to load. Can’t multi task while using either which is super annoying. Need more out of home options

I was sadly mistaken. Now it constantly crashes and tells me to turn off my private relay, but it’s not on - never has been. You still can’t pause and pickup where you left off, it tells me I don’t have certain channels that I can clearly watch on my TV, it keeps suggesting channels I don’t subscribe to or shows I absolutely NEVER watch, and overall it’s just a bad app. What’s sadder is before you decided to “upgrade” this several years ago, it really was a decent app. Between the customer service reps who can only suggest to delete and reinstall the app (which I do several times a month), to the obnoxious prices being charged for a crappy product, it’s pushing me more and more to cutting cable loose and just keep WiFi like many others have done.
