Adding and deleting devices
I think it’s stupid that I’m limited to how many devices I can delete. I somehow had 8 devices. I was trying to delete all of them and register my current devices. I didn’t realize I was still paying for this app. It makes no sense to limit me to only be able to delete three devices in a 90 day period. So now I can’t watch the content I’m paying for for 90 days.
Disappointing on IPad
This app works on my Android devices with SOUND. But it is NOT working the SOUND on my Apple IPad. PLUS, it charged me AGAIN for the SAME subscription. :-(
Disappointed
My husband and I were looking to watch some good wholesome shows. This app and the shows looked great. I subscribed for the monthly fee through the AppStore and the channel refused to recognize the subscription. It would not let us utilize the shows unless we continued to subscribe again. That’s says scam to me. Too bad. I thought the shows looked great! Fix your bugs!
App is not working on my tv.
I love this app and for some reason it is not working on my tv. I went to my mothers to see if it worked on hers but she is also having the same issue it will not open. Hope your team can fix this issue soon.
Not working
I can’t get it to work on any of my devices. And there is no way to cancel my subscription.
This app is beyond bad
The content itself, not bad. The app? Prepare for agony. There are no clear menus, no clear place to search, and no indication of how to do much of anything, assuming it even works. I want to patronize good businesses, but I’m prevented from doing that, because this app’s design is so bad. Please make this better, and I’ll come back.
Decent enough idea, but the app is lousy
I am mean from the movies and shows are pretty mixed, but at least they’ve tried to select better material (morally speaking), and give you information about each one. And of course they don’t have really bad (again, morally) shows like on the mainstream services. but this app… Let me put it this way, I checked and I haven’t logged in for just over two years. I remember that this app was buggy and hard to use and that’s one of the biggest reasons I stopped using it or subscribing. And coming back now, it doesn’t seem to be any better. The interface is almost unusable. No landscape mode, it’s often not obvious where to tap or swipe to change screens or get back to where you were, sometimes there’s gobbledygook instead of text, and I got to one screen where I couldn’t get back out of it at all.
