No Support
I can’t get any response from support to fix my subscription issue but they have my money. I want my money back! They need to shut this service down till they know what they are doing.

App hasn’t worked since October 2023. Lost almost all of my purchased movies. Had to give the company a list of all of my movies multiple times, because they lost all of them from the old company. Even though at first I was told they had rather list and it would only be a couple of weeks. I only got less than half my purchased movies back. And on top of that had to call back again march of 2024 after the lates update, because the app still doesn’t work, and multiple movies I purchased showed up as a rental again, even though I purchased. The company also did give me a credit for about 15 movies or less even though I am still missing over 30 movies. The credit didn’t do any good, since you can watch the movies anyway. Please be cautious doing business with this company. I have contacted you all multiple times without resolution. The newest update still does not work

Sure wish I could watch something.
-downloaded app -paid monthly subscription -tried to watch something, says I need to subscribe. Checked my Apple subscriptions. Yep I’m subscribed. -restarted app. Can’t watch anything. Says I need t subscribe. -can’t log in. The “sign in” link is too far below my iOS phone screen to click on. Can’t get to it. -can’t find help anywhere. Searched the internet for help. Nope. -just wasted my money. -sure wish I could get my $4.99 back. -can’t recommend. Save your money.
Frustrated!
Ever since the update, I’ve lost items I purchased and owned. One I had to purchase again because my mother was over and I wanted her to see it and it was gone. This has been a nightmare since the update. For a long time I couldn’t even sign in for the app crashing on my Apple TV. Now I have email the titles I am missing and I can only remember 3. Perhaps there were more, I don’t know! I never imagined I had to write down what I owned or save the receipts in the emails. Surely Christian Cinema should have those records and compare them with people’s accounts when we email you with what we can remember. It ran smoothly before the update and thank you for fixing the sign in problem, but the missing purchases is a foul, Bigtime. Also, it says on IOS you can download for offline watching but I see nowhere to do that. I want to put my movies on an external hard drive so this never happens again. Thank You For Your Time, and for providing movies that the whole family can watch! You need to offer a monthly streaming service where we pay monthly to watch anything except maybe the newest movies, something like Prime, Hulu or Netflix. I’d subscribe in a minute because it’s important we support Christian Entertainment or it will go away! Just a suggestion. One more thing, it would be nice if we got someone who could understand us and us them when we call customer service. The young lady was very nice but we, esp me, had a heck of a time understanding one another. A live chat customer support might be a helpful option if there are people on the other end that understand clearly what is being relayed. I procrastinated calling about the missing items I have purchased due to fear you have outsourced your customer service. I’m sure Americans need jobs, too. Before update you get 5 stars, six if it were available but after the update, missing items that have been purchased is a foul! There are some things that shouldn’t happen and then some that can’t happen! This is the Can’t Happen. I’ll start saving my email receipts from now on. Movies gone
Almost all of the movies I purchased are gone, and have been gone for over a month. Have called customer service many times with no resolution in sight. On top of that the happy is always breaking
Not worth the hassle
Over the years this app has gotten worse and more worse. Free shows elsewhere are not free here- like The Chosen.. what a mockery of unethical business.
