Don’t work with with my iPhone 12…

The app is never connected to the Wi-Fi or the hotspot on my phone.. I am never able to see what happening in my car.. so much for $350 plus $100 to be installed thank you Pioneer… not recommend it

Renders the product useless. ZERO stars

I had the pioneer dash cam installed. Then found out the need for the app. Downloaded it and it doesn’t work at all. Product should be pulled. Having it taken out as I type and replacing with a camera that works with an app. This product app has been abandoned with no updates.

Non-functioning app

Can’t pair with Wi-Fi. Instructions are laughably insufficient. If you just bought a Pioneer webcam there’s bad news. There is no app. Probably would not have bought a webcam from Pioneer had I known this was the best they could manage to produce for an app. Extremely disappointed.
