We love Amazon music but it would be nice if more than one of us could listen at a time. My husband and I race to turn the station on first because then the second has to listen to something else. Maybe I just don’t know how to do it but multiple users at a time would be great. Thanks!!!

This app is horrible. It is very hard to make an account and sign in and it’s just doesn’t work at all. I’m having a very bad experience trying to sign in and it’s not working.
United StatesBeware of your kids using this on an Alexa device
The reason I write this review is because my wife and I found out that our 8 year old has been playing music on our echo dot and we were being charged a monthly fee to use the app, without our knowledge or consent. When I contacted customer service and attempted to get a refund, the “most they could do” was refund me 2 months, even though this was happening under our nose since mid 2022. Talk about a lousy way to treat your customers. So beware if you have kids and Alexa devices because they respond to anyone’s voice and things can be done without your consent.

This regression is disheartening, especially for those who rely on it for accessibility.

I’ve been using this app for almost half a year at this point. I listen to true crime podcasts such as MrBallen because we get early access but I’m going to have to go back to Spotify. Lately this app have been crashing, glitching by forwarding through an episodes then playing out of no where, and worst of all overheats my phone. My phone is fully charged so it’s no longer on the charger and it heated up my phone within 2 minutes of playing the podcast with the screen off. As soon as I turned it off the temperature went back down. It’s ridiculous but I have to uninstall.
