HELP TEACHERS PLAN YOUR CHILD’S DAY Each morning, you can share important notes about your child’s day before arrival (like how well your child slept or whether they finished breakfast) to help your child’s teacher provide the best possible care. COMPLETE A DAILY HEALTH CHECK Help keep the classroom safe by answering a few questions each morning about your family's symptoms and exposures. GET REAL TIME UPDATES A timeline view lets you see your child’s naptimes, meals, and other care events as the day goes on. A group view lets you see care events grouped by type so that you can quickly see a summary of all naps, meals etc. You’ll also receive developmental observations from your child’s teachers about how your child is learning, growing, playing, and developing new skills. Your child’s care is our first priority, so updates are made as time allows throughout the day. SAVE SPECIAL MOMENTS AND MEMORIES Get photos and videos of your child’s day in class and access them at any time in the Memories section—you can also save your favorites to your phone or tablet. MAKE ARRIVAL AND PICK-UP QUICK AND EASY Set an ETA within the app to let your child’s teachers know when you’ll be at the center for morning arrival or afternoon pickup. This helps teachers plan and ensure that arrival and pickup go as smoothly as possible! RECEIVE IMPORTANT REMINDERS Calendar reminders will help you stay up to date on center events, classroom activities, due dates, and supplies to bring in for your child. GET CAUGHT UP WITH THE DAILY REPORT If you can’t check the app regularly, read the daily report – a summary of all the care events, developmental observations, and notes that were entered for your child that day. The daily report will be available in the app after you check out of the center, so you can catch up on your child’s day when it works for you.
Most Joyful App
Every time I get a notification I get a burst of joy. Even if it’s just to let me know he pooped :). Love getting picture updates throughout the day and being able to go back through memories and see how much he’s grown.

App constantly logs you out and then tells you your password in incorrect. Because of this they lock your account make you reset your password. This happens at least once a week.

There are some kinks and glitches sometimes but they are constantly doing updates to work them out. I like the look of the app. Of course the change is taking some time to get used to.

Terrible user interface, constant crashing, awful experience downloading pictures, it seems like the app locks my password every couple of weeks making me change it, and overall terrible performance. For how much parents pay monthly with the majority of the money not going to the wonderful teachers you would think the app would be world class so parents can still feel connected to their kids. I may be biased because I am a product manager in the tech space, but I am sure other parents have similar pain points.

Funny that my reviews repeatedly mentioning the even more atrocious “support” are routinely deleted even when names are excluded. The app is poor and for the amount we pay, we expect it to function properly. I don’t need bells and whistles, I need the see updates about my children. I also need people who control this to simply care. Pretty straight forward.

It’s funny how these reviews are so belligerent with one star. I’m sorry but, that’s just mean spirited. there’s not a massive return on investment building an app for a preschool, so if you want the app to be an actual five star app why don’t you go away and spend some time and money yourself and build a better app and offer it to the school rather than writing mean spirited one star reviews when I think it works perfectly fine? 🤦🏻♂️ And I speak from experience I’m in technology. This app is good enough and the company is great to deal with. If your child is attending the schools use the app, it’s perfectly fine

This app constantly logs me out and doesn’t let me log back in unless I delete and redownload. I have the latest version as of March 2024. When you just have quick small moments at work to check in on your baby this is a nightmare. Sometimes I literally just call the daycare to ask for updates which I’m sure makes them super happy. This level of bad is really not normal. I didn’t know an app could be this bad. I have had other daycare apps before with no issues. Brightweel is fantastic if you need to look for a place to hire your people….
