Good App but Complex
I like LingQ in a lot of ways but I feel like especially for new language learners, it can be a real struggle to make progress because it’s not giving you anything but the audio and text to go on. You get dictionaries and things like that. But piecing together everything in a language (especially one not using your native alphabet) is tough without additional resources.

I’m disappointed with this app. Its concept is so good, but the functionality and the usability are disappointing. 1. There’s no free trial. I could do almost nothing for free. I didn’t know anything about this app before the purchase. They should offer us a free trial period. 2. Audio doesn’t follow the sentence. Audio doesn’t follow the sentences in some pre-installed lesson. That was so disappointing to me. 3. This app is the combination of Google Translate and Note app. The functionality looks the same as the combination of Google Translate and Note app. This app enables us to make our learning more efficient, but the translation accuracy is not satisfied. 4. Function of imparting lessons is good enough. We can import lessons from outside sources such as YouTube and websites. You can just type texts and make it the original lessons as well. This functionality is good enough. Personally, I couldn’t get a discount even though the app said “we’ll give you a discount” via Apple Store. That was a shame. Totally, I’m not that satisfied with this app for its price, but still, I think the usability depends on wether you can utilize it or not.
