First it’s not up to date and the app requires too many permissions that are not justifiable and very questionable. Second the HD function doesn’t work and buffering is a state that you will be in. The service provider is sketchy and I wouldn’t be surprised if identity theft happens because of this app. Second the server location appears to be in China who we all know is a communist police state that surveils its slave population.

8 camera system all in the box except for 2 cameras and there on my couch and table as I can’t get it to notify me when it detects movement and it doesn’t seem to save my password I always have to do the admin hard password to get in the system and reset mine and my wife’s password and I’ve did what they said do to get notifications the one time they sent me a message wish I could get my money back for the system honestly I am over it the cameras are very clear and I would say 4K BUT NOT ANY GOOD IF YOU CANT GET NOTIFICATIONS OR RECORDINGS AND my memory didn’t come with my system either after paying for it

I used to be able to view my cameras sometimes… now they don exist. Don’t waste your money on these cameras. Their dvr is trash, and the app is worse.
