Zoho” With the team they have, the knowledge of each, the promptness of responding, the professionalism in which each one has shown to me , right along with the patience with someone who has been in business over 30yrs both as employee on into the purchase of, staying in the old style of Salesmanship, the older methods of scaling & outdated technology, ( that while worked). Was proven by ZOHO CRM that it was time to accept & learn the technology at our fingertips today. Pleasantly simple to understand and navigate even for the smallest business out there today that wants to scale & keep their business in the market. I also suppose up to the most demanding of businesses. From someone as small as I, to the largest most prestigious U. S. based or international. My strong opinion is that ZOHO CRM will be the most important, and effective tool one will need.
Major flaw
Need to allow the mobile device for clicking to call to use another platform like RingCentral so we can ensure calls are being recorded and tracked

Like Zoho but it’s buggy
This app has had a long term love/hate relationship with our organization. The bugs seem to happen at the worst possibly times and in the worst possible areas. We only now use it for remote access to records as records created inside the app don’t always work. I’ve spend countless hours over a period of months with their development team (Zoho) and still no solutions. Update: It’s now 2024 and the app is buggy as ever. Every time they pretend to take it seriously and address it yet they never actually follow up with any fixes. Same problems and new ones exist since the original post. It’s now less useful as always and the bureaucratic nature of their support department suggests these issues will never be fixed and the issues are endemic to their code. The web portal works nicely and so this poorly functioning app is beyond embarrassing for Zoho as an organization. My advice is if you’re in a sales leadership role, look elsewhere. The productivity of your team will be impacted. Enabling the sales team to enter data that is useful and functional while traveling is key. Otherwise, Zoho would have it nailed. That’s the problem. They have it nailed if you’re operating in 2012 cloud CRM terms, but the past 8-10 years apps have made things streamlined, and this app is the antithesis of that. Again, I cannot recommend against any App more than this one and it’s specifically due to the poor follow up and zero solutions provided by Zoho. You get the typical Indian call center vibe from their support team. Poor English abound combined with either powerlessness to actually resolve issues or utter contempt for the users.
