Mobile App Just Doesn’t Work
I can barely do work on the road with this app, it’s constantly giving me error messages while adding notes or contacts. I updated it and I’m still having the same issues.
Confusing UI/UX
Confusing and not very user friendly. Mending is poor and navigation is bizarre
So much potential
I absolutely love hubspot, this app totally misses the mark! It only sometimes works and allows you to log in, otherwise you get a consistent “something went wrong” and it’s SO buggy! Such a wild difference between the smooth browser experience !
Useful but so full of stupid bugs that should have been fixed years ago
1. You get a notification of a new incoming deal. But you have to REFRESH your pipeline by going out of it into *another* pipeline and then come back to the one you care about and THEN you get to see it. 2. You change a deal status and it stays unchanged on the screen. In the background, in the real database, if has changed. On your screen? Nope. 3. Even after you manually change a deal status sometimes, for no reason, it goes right back to where it started. 4. While you’re making a phone call from the app, you can’t look at any of the prospect’s information. A dozen other stupid bugs and pieces of excrement. I get it, it’s tough to build software. But, it’s unconscionable that HS can’t get the basics right. I mean. Come on. No, really.
HubSpot is great, but the app is not
HubSpot is great, but the app is not. It is the worst interface and crashes all of the time. Please make the interface better and allow it to have more of the functionality from the website.
Missing key features from the desktop app
This app is just ok. It's good for receiving notifications, but lacks key features. For example I’ll get a notification that a customer sent a text message, but can’t view the message unless I’m at my computer.
Can’t switch accounts
It looks like it’s possible to use multiple accounts on the app, but somehow it’s not implemented or it’s broken for me. Is there a way to manage multiple HubSpot accounts? It says “you can switch between accounts anytime in settings”.
