I’m not sure I’ve ever tried to use a worse app. Let alone rely on it to do my job.

From someone that uses this app weekly, it is absolute TRASH. Overly complicated for no reason at all. Zero accurate pictures of parts and pieces. Not user friendly whatsoever.
Complicated for no reason at all
After ordering, I must wait until they send a request to approve my order. But why? Also, many parts don’t have pictures, so if they have a replacement part, it’s a gamble on whether or not it’s the right part to order. SDI reps make it more complicated, addressing parts to themselves and escalating everything, causing a 2 week process for ordering parts. I would not recommend this app or system to anyone.

Junk
So I’m told that Zues is supposed to have any part needed in my field and will take 2 days at the most to get it. That’s what I’m told. Reality is, take for ever to find a part in there (that’s providing they have it in the system). Once I do find it and order priority it takes a couple days before anyone even puts it up to approve. I ordered it why do I have to approve? Once approved most of the time it’s still weeks before getting it. I don’t have a good parts house where I’m at but, generally I can make a call and have it the next day. Not no more because Zues is saving us money! Yeah right. Another thing. They try to cancel almost everything I order. NOT RECOMMENDED

This is so outdated and makes our job harder. Everything about it is terrible.
Worse part of my day
This is a sorry app. Suppliers and parts are extremely limited. Most orders come back with multiple questions that are already stated in the submitted form. If I had the option to use this app or trade a nut to order parts myself, I would be nutless.
