Zendesk for Mac terrible
As a service I love Zendesk but their Mac app is almost unusable. When attempting to type a response the cursor jumps back to prior position or skips characters. This makes replying to a customer in a timely manner difficult and error prone. It appears this may be related to the Mac's auto-correct-while-typing feature. Also, there's no way to copy the text of a ticket. often I want to copy what the customer wrote to share it with my engineering team. Can't do that. Primitive. Finally, when a ticket is marked "Solved" there appears to be no way to reply to the customer or reopen the ticket.
Calls
Can I receive calls on the app? I understand that the pc version has an incoming call feature but I do not see that in app. Thanks,

Been complaining for 3 years
I’ve been complaining about this app for 3 years, requesting a major re design overhaul and nothing has been done. PLEASE FIX THE MENU
Can't keep up with typing
As a service I love Zendesk but this Mac app is almost unusable. If someone types faster than a 10-year-old the cursor jumps back to prior position or skips characters. How can this not keep up with typing? Also, when a ticket is marked "Solved" there's no way to reply to the customer or reopen the ticket. That happens sometimes.
It could use some work.
Overall great app. But the app does not load all the time and you have to force quit the app the reopen several times.
Not Easy to Use
Clearly the folks over at Zendesk are not “field agents” and do not realize how frustrating and not user friendly this app is. 80% of my time spent on Zendesk is through this app, and the interface in my opinion is horrible and outdated! Having more sorting options (like sorting by title) would be especially helpful. It would also be helpful to preselect which “properties” in the call ticket I can view on the fly, instead of having to choose “see more” to view a field. The limit of custom views I can have is frustrating, please allow us to see more. I am requesting a major design overhaul. Zendesk makes enough money, they can dump the time and money to have developers complete this task. UPDATE: the beta version of the ‘Conversational UI’ is much better than previous. Unfortunately, a new bug is present - I cannot listen to calls or voicemails, which renders this new UI useless. Additionally, I am still requesting a design overhaul of the ticket view. There should not be a limit to the number of views I can see on here, more sorting options would be nice (like by title), and the menu to switch views is very clunky. Zendesk has made some improvement, but still has leaps and bounds to go. I just wish they could dedicate a team of developers to exclusively work on the design change for mobile. EDIT. Still buggy at its best. The new UI isn’t great either.
