Need A QR Code Every Time
This app worked well as long as I had an iPhone 8. Now that I have an iPhone 15 I cannot sign on without going to my laptop, signing in and going to expenses and getting the QR code every time. Sometimes it will log me out while I’m using it and I have to go through the whole process again. I received an email with a number to call for help. I was told Wells Fargo doesn’t have anything called an Expense Manager and I need to contact the developer of the app.

App keeps timing out rapidly on IPhone XR
As the title states, I’ve noticed that my app times out and I am forced to sign in via passcode, during mid process. The issue is that the app is auto submitting my expense to my boss for approval, while it’s incomplete. I’ve noticed that while it’s not the only circumstance to create this issue, it’s primarily while I am doing a split on the expense. I would love for someone, either Apple or Wells Fargo to assist me with this problem. I can’t even get past 3 expense submittals without this taking place. I’m beyond frustrated with technology but am forced to cope, since this is part of my job.
Like the updated features
2/16/24- Continues to work great. 9/20/23- I like new features with recent release. I will continue to recommend.
The update won’t load on my phone
The update just sits and spins and spins and won’t upload on my phone. I get a message to upload this on my phone constantly when I am using your app. But it won’t actually upload.
Application lost multiple receipts
Reconciling my expense report for this month and noted multiple receipts are missing, can no longer trust the app to perform one of it’s primary functions.
