Veho provides same-day and next-day delivery services for e-commerce companies. The Veho app is used by drivers to deliver packages. It allows drivers to view their route, view stops on their route, navigate to stops, select delivery method, and take photos of delivered packages. This app does not have functionality for customers receiving packages. If you have a question about a package, please contact [email protected]. Disastrous app
The app crashes all the time, restarts, always going back to the beginning. The support is horrible! I don't know how this company continues to operate.
Muy buena app!
Excelente plataforma para generar dinero. Han mejorado bastante
Run! Run away
Horrible company! Low pay. Will deactivate your account so others will deliver for pennies
I’ve Been Around Awhile
This is a new app W/new reviews so it makes a amazing company. Before they revamped it was averaging about 2 Stars @20k reviews. Although it’s way more organized & quick onboarding THEY ARENT DEPENDABLE.If you need a couple dollars for gas that week than yes. But if your in a crunch ! It’s A major No! With this companies you can have no inconveniences, no canceling routes or lates finishing routes. They make it seem like they are understanding , but they will restrict an block your account for a period of time. They won’t make you aware or answer emails after doing so. If you need consistent funds or in a crunch try Uber or instant cart instead .
AVOID DRIVING FOR VEHO AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
This is the Worst most Abusive Gig Company out There! They will not pay you the amounts they promise to pay you! They deduct money from the amounts you agree to with No Explanation or response to your questions! They Never give out a phone number for you to speak to an employee because they know they’re taking advantage of people and abusing them financially! None of the route times are properly estimated. You’ll always drive at least 30-60 minutes more than their top estimates! The app that you use will constantly fail and slow you down! Their mapping makes No sense and will send you round and round to houses that you could have reached in a straight line! When They make mistakes and you can’t deliver some packages, they’ll blame you and deduct money from your pay! I wouldn’t wish this low down abusive company to my Worst Enemy! If you Try this company you will regret it! AVOID VEHO AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
Getting better
There is alot of force closing during delivery and sometimes I get deliveries way out of my zone but great app and company besides that.
Cell signal reliant
Would love it for somebody to explain to me why just having the app open requires a cell signal or Wi-Fi. I’m sure every driver in some area has poor cell reception. And in those areas for me, the app constantly wants to either shut down, log me out, or freezes up to the point that I have to shut the app down. In 90% of those cases when I do get the app back up and running, there are stops that I have already delivered that the app is saying I still need to deliver because it does not have any record of me taking any pictures or being at those addresses. When you try to contact support to tell them that you deliver those, but the app is having issues one of the first things they ask for is a picture of where you deliver the package at first the app does not save photos to be used again later such as sending to support. And for the app on Apple, much like every other app that uses your camera to take a picture Apple does not save that to your camera roll, again to be used later, such as sending to support. The suggestions I have are simple. First do not make the app so rely on a cell signal that when you have no signal or limited signal that the app shuts down or log you out. The only times the app should need a signal is to contact support. ( in that case there should be an alternative way to contact support such as a text number.) And the second reason the app should need a signal is to finish out and wrap up the route. And this is basically to confirm that all of the stops have been delivered. The next suggestion I have is for the app to save the photos as they’ve been taken in the app, and then once the route has been confirmed to be completed the app deletes those photos. Also, those photos should be able to be used if support needs photo proof of where a package was placed or the address. And then the last comment I wanna make is that every time I update the app within the next two weeks I constantly have the same issues repeat themselves, whether in a good single area or bad signal area. And that is the constant shutting down or the app kicks back to the main route screen.
