Frequent Bugs but Good Side Money
I end up making $250-$300/week, but I only run for about 15-16 hours a week. I have a full time job and go to school. This app has TONS of bugs. Idk if they need to do an overhaul and release a new app altogether, or just update it more often. The most frustrating part about the bugs is that often orders will disappear, it screws up your promos, and they still send out templated emails warning you about “dropping” orders, when they were the reason the orders were dropped in the first place. Do better, Favor. Do better H-E-B…

I have many things to say about this app. I will only include 3 most important. 1. If a client cancels a order at anytime during your services, YOU DON’T GET PAID! 2. If a client cancels after you pick up the order it doesn’t get added towards your run count. 3. Too many technical issues to list, but I will give an important example: When you receive an order that is already paid for online when you pick up it ask for payment details. This app needs a lot of work! You will lose money, time, gas and promotions.

You will get a run and your screen stays blank for 30 to 40 minutes until the customer cancels because you can’t fulfill the order. It will say you have a run, but there won’t be a run on your screen. You’re acceptance percentage will go down because the app has failed once again. Technical Support is a joke, you send an email in two days later you get an email back asking how your help was when you never got any help. FavorFleet Help hardly ever answers your text messages and the only thing they help with is sending an automated message to you telling you to restart your phone or delete and reinstall the app. That gets old when you have to do it 3 to 4 times a night and Miss runs because of it. They have a lot of apps problems.

So many people on this platform using borrowed accounts! It’s ridiculous seeing 1 favor driver with 3 phones and they all have favor on them! Of course heb employees have to come out and get the “customer” name for delivery because these people don’t have a phone # they just use the acct! That also needs to be updated and some kind of facial verification needs to be updated too where H‑E‑B employees can see if the driver is a legit driver!

Hi beautiful people in Texas I’m currently a Favor runner in Austin Texas & I absolutely adore favor. The map is amazing you can work many different zones if you choose to or work in your local area 😁for example if you’re working in northwest hills it’s not going to give you an order for DFW or further. Sometimes you have to place an order & pay for the order however I like to order my amazing customers food when I get to the restaurant that way it’s not sitting on the pick up table for long, if my customers food is warm to cool I ask politely ask the restaurant can they remake the order. I also love ❤️ the fact that after you do all of the amazing paperwork you can go to H‑E‑B to pickup the runner 🏃♀️ card to pay for your customers orders 🤫🤫🤫another amazing part of working with the favor family is you can pick up H‑E‑B orders at the curbside location & the amazing people at H‑E‑B will bring it out to your car 😏WAIT THERE IS MORE 🤭FAVOR takes about 3 days to verify your instant pay information 🤣😊While you’re waiting for that you can run favor request.
