I can’t even get this app to open. Do better.
Needs upgrade
I cannot believe this is still the latest version. This app has one of the worst user interfaces I’ve ever seen. Hard to navigate. Doesn’t integrate with iPhone well at all. Doesn’t even give notifications unless the app is open.
How are you still in business?
I use TPx for business and let me tell you it is by far the worse phone app for business anyone can use I highly suggest you don’t use this service because even now when trying to re install this forsaken app it won’t even download. Will be ending my business with this company after today.
Purely terrible
Can’t answer call that was transferred to me from a colleague. It just went straight to voicemail every time I answer. There are many other issues too.

Spent thousands on TPx / wasted
I’ve been a TPx customer for 5 years. Worst contract we’ve ever signed. This app has too many issues on a MAC OS smartphones and desktop computers. -the app won’t pick up calls even when my WiFi is or 5G is at full strength -the app won’t dial out numbers from the call history. Even if you use the dial pad the app won’t allow the call through. -the app has its own “signal strength” and it always has poor connectivity. The whole provisioning team, sales team, support is trash. I’m taking my whole company over to Comcast Business.
Worst App Version
There are so many issues. First is not being able to edit the contacts. These are changed through the TPX browser but the edits don’t translate to the app so I have up to 5 contacts for one extension. It drops calls constantly, even when I’m on my data since VOIP isn’t supported. The app itself is free but TPX charges a lot for a service that has little to no use due to all the problems. Best bet is let the contract go when it ends and find a new provider who knows what they are doing.
