Unreliable App & Product!
Much like the overall product, the app isn’t great! In some instances, we have waited over 2 hours for work orders to come through. The company touts how great their PMS integrations are, but they don’t work. The app constantly crashes and is not reliable. We’ve spent many hours doing turn inspections for the app to not save our data. You have no ability to view reporting info from the app, so you’ll be forced to use a kiosk. I’d highly recommend looking into other solutions and avoid making the same mistake we did!
