Can’t log in after watch update 7.4
Love the Toggl watch app! But recently I updated my Apple Watch to watchOS 7.4 then this happened: the app required me to log in again then stuck at the log in page. I force quit the app and after that the app shows “signing in” in the middle forever, even after I uninstalled it and installed it back again. Please help me with this dear development team!

1. This app is separate from the iOS app for whatever reason. 2. When you clock out outside of the watch, the watch will still be counting the time because it doesn’t sync with everything else. So the watch will have the clock running but your phone, Mac, website will all be clocked out (I don’t know if this causes conflicts). However, when you clock in on the watch, that does sync with everything. 3. Toggle Track is so good everywhere else (phone, Mac, computer) but it is a disappointing experience in WatchOS.

When I try to login it tells me to sign in on iOS first. I am signed in on the Toggl Track app on my iPhone. What more do I have to do to login? Maybe because I have a different email for the Toggl Track iPhone app than I use for my Apple account?

I love having a complication of my current running timer, but it loses a ton of utility when the app refuses to stay signed in for more than a day or two.

I love Toggl but I deleted watchOS version since I cannot sign in. Then I wanna download it again to give it another try. BUT there’s no GET button. Instead, the button says PURCHASED!!!

When I login with my email and password it says “Wrong server status:418” and that’s the end of it. Can’t log in.

(Update after dev feedback: by itself, the watch app is ok. Allows quickly switching between projects without having to take out the phone. Using it at the same time at the phone app is not worth it as they end up out of sync) Requires signing into Toggl on the watch when it should just get the state / security tokens from the Toggl app on the phone. Also, tracking on the watch does not sync with phone app. When devices are in range of each other, starting a new task on one should show up on the other. That doesn’t happen within a minute of the update.
