Need to update to IOS11

Need urgently to update to be compatible with IOS11. After updating my Iphone 7 to IOS11 could not connect to my cameras. Got a message teling to update app to ve compatible to this last IOS11 version. I did sent an email to support and never got an answer back. I am expecting an answer as well as the update. I hope I eill not have to discard all my cameras.
