Problems reporting problems
I tried changing my profile picture on team live but when I go to submit, it tells me to confirm my phone number even though I can see that it says verified. So I try to change my number to make sure it’s good even though it says it’s already verified. Tried to find a help button or something but there’s no help center or nothing. How am I supposed to change my information if it won’t let me?
Absolutely awful
It won’t let me login even if I input the correct info. It will just show a loading screen for hours… sometimes days. I have to delete and redownload the app multiple times in a row in hopes that it will let me login. I have the most recent update. I can’t pick up, trade, or release shifts just because my app doesn’t work. I can’t check my schedule at all. I have to ask my managers or coworkers to check my schedule for me because my app won’t work. It’s so frustrating. Quite literally the worst and most frustrating app that I have ever used.
Shift pickups need to be improved
I miss HotSchedules because of how annoying TeamLive’s shift pickup system is. If you or someone else picks up a shift, it should be removed from the available shifts to pickup section. Or at least tell you how many people have already also picked it up. Also, automatic pickup is a feature i miss greatly. If I know i’m available to pick up a shift the second the schedule comes out, I should be first in line for it. Not just whoever is attached to their phone the most & sees it first. I don’t want to need to have my ringer on so I can be the one with the quickest fingers! And being on call for covering a shift until the managers approve it just to find out last minute that someone else was quicker in picking it up than you is just frustrating. TeamLive is user friendly but these are simple improvements that can be made to make the lives of the employees that uses this platform easier!
App won’t allow me to login…
i’ve been using this app for well around 7 months, never been a problem for me since yesterday. now i can’t login it always says no internet connection on my phone, yet works on other devices. very stressful as im trying to drop and pickup shifts
Took away time card
On one of the recent updates they took away the ability to check your time card so now you can’t see the hours you worked, without this you are unable to verify you are being paid the correct amount when you get your check…
This app bearly works right!
It won’t even open for me today so I can see my work schedule! It’s always crashing or not working or certain features not working it’s annoying especially because we use it for work but can bearly access the important information we need for work!
Can’t login
Every other week I get kicked out of the app but now after being kicked out yesterday I can’t login all it will say is login failed. I’ve tried everything at this point. This app is just simply horrible
