Update
I haven’t been getting any notification reminders for appointments and I wonder if my clients aren’t getting these reminders as well. Then I also have to copy and paste everything and it’s taking longer to do this in the new update.
Talkspace Therapist
The update fonts are too small. It didn’t automatically create a draft or save what I had started writing on a client. Alerts for new messages don’t stand out as well.
Going in the right direction, but…
The recent update is great because it brings the functionality of the website to the app finally. Being able to fully utilize the calendar is great along with the other features not previously available; however, is it possible to bring back the Face ID? It’s a convenient feature all iOS apps should have at this point. I’m hopeful it will be added back soon.
This update is a huge miss
Was an update needed to this app, absolutely. Is this the update we wanted, not at all. The app now looks exactly as it would if I used safari on my phone. It is harder to get to my messages. I can see old expired rooms I no longer need to see. There is “too much” to see when I am looking at the messaging rooms. I do not need to know all of the clients information. Just names was fine. I do not like that the messaging room is not the first thing you see when you open up the app. I apparently got a new client last night. It was impossible to tell because it no longer shows up in “new room” space. The ONLY reason I knew was because a client scheduled a session, and now of course that’s the first thing I see to confirm. The old app needed a face lift and new features. However, this new app is too complicated and too much JUST like safari. There was not even an update at all. I have to log in every time now, even with pushing remember me for 2 weeks. My code does not load from my texts into the boxes. My complaints could go on. This app needs to be different. Not as complicated. And not exactly like the webpage. It’s not even an app anymore. Why bother using it. I can see how now my clients will get worse care because I cannot easily see their messages and access rooms that I have not messaged in awhile.
Dysfunctional
As a provider who always tries to offer the best service to my clients I find this app is totally dysfunctional and unsatisfactory. It does not allow me to respond to clients with the amount of flexibility. I need to look at the sessions and look at my calendar in the same time and confirm appointment from within the calendar in addition to many basic functional needs that any app should have this is a total disappointment to a great service we provide
No notifications
Randomly my app stopped notifying me of any appointments, messages, session reminders. This is a very important form of communication and I am missing messages and almost missed a live session due to not getting a notification. I have deleted the app and redownloaded. All my settings are turned on. Nothing has worked. It’s been 3 days and no end in sight. I won’t be able to continue working here like this.
Another update, another deletion of my rooms
Update pushed out. Once again, all of my rooms and clients have disappeared from the app. Once again had to delete the app and reinstall it.
