Poorly designed. Infuriating notifications that pull you away from chats. No consideration for your phone’s battery.
One of the most unintuitive apps I’ve ever used.
Why is this so taxing on batteries? Why does it take so long to launch? Why does it try to pull me away from the chat to show me features while I’m actively responding to a customer? Why are all the 5 Star reviews by the apps developers and founders….
Too many glitches
Ever since the latest update, the app glitches out consistently and it is affecting my sales. I lose out on the ability to connect with customers due to the incoming chat feature glitching and not loading. It’s like it’s in a perpetual state of loading. Over it and frustrated.
Kills battery on devices. No desktop integration. Buggy.
Battery killer. App has issues. Desktop version not avail- lacking progressive steps to help aide in sales. More like another task to add into an already busy day. The app does let you customize things to reply with and has pre loaded responses that take more work to copy edit than using talk text. Often the app crashes mid session, top right buttons stopped working with most recent update so you cannot view chat history to gather info needed on follow ups. I’m not able to use the email tool as the app tells me I need to login… while logged in. If another person in your team is not online (using the app) you must pickup where their long conversation ended. Why isn’t there an email tool linked to paying clients using their specific service ? Keeping the app open all day, without having iPad or phone plugged in causes overheating devices if they make it past an hour. Meh.

Super easy to use- took me 5 minutes to learn, plus it auto updates!! Love being able to help customers online right from my phone.

This is the tool all retailers were missing. The power of video combined with pics and chat makes converting online & offline that much easier! Would totally recommend.
Most Frustrating app I’ve ever used!
-Crashes frequently -Quits in middle of chat and looses transcript -No real-time backups of chats -Takes forever to wake up, someone else gets the chat before you get to the HERO screen. -Very poor product search implementation -Shows customers City but not state... do you know how many “Pleasantville’s” there are in the USA???? -no user control of ring tones -no ability to see individual client review scores. -no ability to create and store shortcut responses. -HERO customer support is useless, they send templated responses to every issue.
The latest version of the Store App focuses on improvements to the Contacts list. Now you can organise and personalise your Contacts by adding custom tags, as well as having dynamic tags for quick insights into metrics such as recent activity and total spend.
