Not responding after blocked my account
Unfortunately they are telling they will refund my money but I didn’t get response for my money back , no telephone and no supporting !!

Very good account fast and secure
I can’t login
it’s my first experience of Monese. After I have reinstalled this app on my iPhone. I can’t login the my Monese. It told me that I can’t change my device within 30 days. But it has more than 50 days after signing up.
Nightmare from the start
Tried to use the card. Asked over and over for account verification until I was blocked. They have my money. I don’t have access. No one to contact.

Waste of time! Not idea how to give customer service
Seriously don’t bother!! New account new card .,., Card did not work anywhere so I contacted customer support & I’ve never deal with such idiots. They refused to acknowledge there was a problem & did not read my complaint properly & gave me generic answers. If that’s how it starts it would have only got worse. Tool my money out & went elsewhere. They took some fees but I’m just glad to have got away from the worst banking app I’ve ever used.
